SuperWhites in Milan

In the best Milan Hotel, a Slowfood event where I found a great Friuli white wines selection.

In this amazing hotel, 47 wineries  from Friuli with high quality local white wines and delicious Prosciutto San Daniele to pair with your tasting.

A few reccomandations: Spumante “Terra&Cielo” from Borgo delle Oche, Traminer 2010 from Conte Brandolini d’Adda, Biancosesto 2010 and Friulano 2010 from La Tunella, Friulano 2009 from Roncus, Sauvignon riserva 2006 from Russiz Superiore and more.

@ABC kitchen the best new NY restaurant‏…

It has been nominated the best new 2010 New York restaurant, and to book a table to dinner at  8-9 pm you need to plan your night out at least 30 days in advance.

Location is beautiful, with space between tables (incredible) and the “accueil”  is warm and friendly.                            Every product come from the farmers market, the dishes are never predictable and always delicious.

It’s close to the perfection, but it need improvement on service side, where the waiters don’t have any idea how to manage a table and they were chatting in group instead to take care of guests.
